3. How to Request a Return

  1. Contact us via email or WhatsApp
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Share clear photos or videos (required for damaged/incorrect items)

4. Return Process

  • Once approved, we will provide return instructions
  • In eligible cases, pickup may be arranged
  • Customers must ensure the product is properly packed to avoid damage during transit

5. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected
  • Approved refunds will be completed within 5–7 business days

  • Store credit (optional)

6. Shipping Charges

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Return shipping:
    • Covered by BuyBox.pk (if item is defective or incorrect)
    • Paid by customer (for change of mind)

7. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
  • After dispatch, cancellation is not possible (return policy will apply)
